The working principle is as follows:
1. Take the sheet material from the suction cup of the sheet feeder
2. After takina the sheet material, place it on the desianated position of the stripper
3. The material puing dlamp dlamps the blank area at the front end ofthe sheet materia, and the maternial presing cylinder controls the material presing blockto pres the blank
area at the end of the sheet material
4. The suction nozzle is lifted back to the material bin material taking position
5. The material pulling clamp pulls the material belt to feed the material
6. After feedina, the suction nozzle takes away the material
(Note: A blank area of more than 25mm must be reserved before and after the sheet material is fed as a clamping position and a material pressing position)We can not only provide standard feeders, but also customize feeders according to your materials and sizes to meet all your needs
