The equipment uses digital optical height measurement technology independently developed by SAKI and has undergone strict production verification to ensure its reliability and market maturity. BF-3Di-MS3 has significantly improved performance, with a maximum resolution of 1200 pixels and a detection accuracy of 7um. It is suitable for semiconductor-level applications and has a detection speed of up to 5700mm² per second.

Automatic programming function: By referring to Gerber data and CAD data, BF-3Di-MS3 can automatically allocate the best component library with high precision and automatically perform inspections that comply with IPC standards. The standard offline debugging function in the device can automatically complete threshold settings based on statistical information to ensure stable inspection quality and is not affected by the operator's skills.

3D cut-and-slice inspection: In the production inspection interface, you can perform 3D display slices on the components that need to be inspected at any time, and intuitively present 3D images of the components at any position and angle.
