SMT buk feder also known as vilrationfeder is afeeder used in sMT (suface mount ecinolpov producion. ts main function is to frelvy load components into molded plasticboxes or bags, and feed the components into the placement machine in sequence through a vibrating feeder or feding tube to complete the placement operation.
Working principle of bulk feeder
The working priniple of bulkfeder is to vibrate the components in the plastic box or bag through a vibration device,so as to fed the components into the suction position of theplacement machine in seguence. This method is suitable for non-polar rectangular and cylindrical components, such as MELf and SOlc, etc.
Features of bulk feederScope of application: Bulk feeder is suitable for non-polar rectangular and cylindrical components, but not for polar components.Cost: Vibration feeder is usually more expensive.
