SME-5220 reflow soldering condenser cleaning machine is mainly used for automatic cleaning of residual flux on lead-free reflow soldering condensers, filters, brackets, ventilation racks and other products. The machine consists of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a liquid addition and drainage system, a filtration system, a control system, etc. PLC program control, batch cleaning, automatic completion of water-based solution cleaning + water rinsing + hot air drying and other processes, after cleaning, the fixture is clean and dry, and can be put into use immediately.

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel structure, argon arc welding, which is sturdy and durable, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has a designed service life of 15 years.

2. 1200mm diameter circular cleaning basket, large cleaning capacity, batch cleaning.

3. The upper, lower and front sides are sprayed and cleaned at the same time, and the carrier rotates in the cleaning basket, with full coverage, no blind spots and dead corners.

4. Cleaning + rinsing double-station cleaning, cleaning, rinsing independent pipeline: ensure that the fixture is clean, dry and odorless after cleaning.
