Thereare vanious types and specifications of feeders to meet diferent production needs. The following are several common feeder types and their characteristics.
Paper tape feeder: with ejector pins, suitable for smaller tin sheets.
Tape feeder: without ejector pins, with tape quide grooves.
Tape feeder: used for various components packaged in tape, suitable for mass production, large packaging quantity, and small operation volume.
Tube feeder: suitable for components packaged in tubes, and components are driven to move by mechanical vibration.
Precautions for use
When using SMT tin sheet feeders, pay attention to the following points.
Make sure the pressure cover of the feeder is fastened when feeding to avoid damaging the suction nozzle.
Distinguish between tape and paper tape feeders to avoid poor suction.
Make sure the hook is fastened, and the feeder should be replaced immediately if there is any shaking.
Unused feders should be covered tightly and put back on the storage rack.Be careful to avoid defomation when transporting. Defective feeders should be labeled with a red labeland sent for repair. Avoid labeling or placing the cover randomly
