Main functions Automatic calibration: DAD3230 is equipped with a standard configuration of automatic calibration, which can automatically identify and calibrate the cutting position before cutting to improve processing accuracy. Autofocus and image recognition system: The device has an autofocus function and an image recognition system that can identify the cutting groove, further improving operability and functionality. Spindle locking mechanism: In order to facilitate the replacement of cutting blades, DAD3230 is equipped with a spindle locking mechanism on the 1.5 kW spindle, which improves operating efficiency. Low expansion spindle: A low expansion spindle can be optionally equipped to reduce the spindle offset caused by temperature changes. Cutting water flow control: Through the cutting water flow control function, the cutting water flow can be set separately for different cutting product parameters to prevent setting errors and keep the cutting water flow stable. Large field microscope: The optional large field microscope can effectively identify images in a large range and improve the convenience of operation during calibration.
